Community faciliation stems from our experience working together and with many communities as community members and as external facilitators. Valuing people, how to include rather tahn exclude, making decisions and building community resilience.

External facilitation helps reflect a community and resolve issues. We also passon the methods we have learn to help communities to thrive.

Most of our courses are for your exisiting group. School or community group or business.

How to hold meetings. Eye contact and social / Emotional inteligence. TEchniques and confidence building and settings goals and a clear vision of what it is you want to acheive.

Our co-operative has trainers in various parts of East Anglia and when an enquiry is made we see who is available to be your point of contact.
