What is Co-operation?





This is an introduction to Co-operation. We start with an initial 2 hour session suitable for anyone. How co-operatives work, some examples and the benefits of working co-operatively. 


We also have a more in depth course that spans 7 sessions and gives a real feeling for co-operative methods and ways of living and working. Decision making, conflict resolution, valuing people and adapting your school or business to become more co-operative. 



How attendees will Benefit:


Informative and Interesting, the situations people find themselves in communities, at work and in life will be used as examples of putting co-operative values into action. 



Who should attend: 


Community groups, school staff, governors, those interested in social change, entrepreneurs. Choose the level of depth you are interested in and we can suit your needs.

Co-operative ethos, methodologies and ideas.
