We are a training co-operative.   We facilitate co-operation.

Photo of First Question training day at Old Hall, Suffolk Training day in Suffolk. Outdoor co-operation is part of what we do. We also do training in formal settings such as management and leadership training. Co-operation can take place everywhere.

First Question is a workers co-operative and part of of Co-operatives East.

Principle 6: Co-operation amongst co-operatives benefits members and the wider co-operative movement.

We are also part of the wider UK Co-operative network.

Based all over East Anglia we offer ready made programmes but enjoy tailoring them to suit your needs. Our USP (Unique Selling Point) is our core belief in the Cooperative Values and Principles.

We, like other social enterprises, are finding our co-operative way of working to be more and more satisfying in this climate of economic uncertainty. Everyone can benefit from working together.

We are able to offer you facilitated learning for groups in schools, communities or businesses. Please take the time to look at the programmes we offer. We hope you will be blown away with the diversity of choice. We ask that you contact us to discuss how best to suit your needs and or link with your curriculum.

As well as paying for our training, we do seek funding to offer training to you at reduced rates, but we only offer this if your school or community are committed to co-operating with us. We also enjoy working with partners and have experience of delivering training for others.

Join us for our regular

Co-operative Values and Principles Development Days.

"What is a co-operative" followed by exploration into how co-operative values and principles shape our lives.
